Direct from the Santo Antonio Estates, a 20-member co-op consisting of over 2150 hectares of coffee trees over 1150 meters above sea level, comes this Yellow Bourbon.

The bean undergoes the Pulped Natural process which allows for flavors unusual to Brazilian coffees to shine. Look for a wonderful peach aroma and flavor throughout the cup. As your coffee cools, the flavor becomes very tea-like: drier, light body with little acidity.
