The Santa Elena Estate "Miel" is a single-estate coffee from Luz Marina Trujillo, who is pictured on our label. The farm produces only shade-grown coffees, and Luz Marina only uses all-natural fertilizers and her own processing mill to better both her and her coffee's environment.

Look for a bright cup here, as is the case with most Tarrazú coffees, but with an added layer of buttery tones and a subtle raisin flavor due to the coffee's processing methods.
